MISSION:The successful candidate achieves targets assigned, manages the selling process, interacts directly with internal peer functions as well as deals directly with selected customers accordingly to the commercial and distribution policies and guidelines.Può ottenere maggiori dettagli sulla natura di questa posizione e sui requisiti per i candidati leggendo quanto segue.The successful candidate will:Support with market strategy deployment, providing commercial insights for assigned Accounts to enhance business growth and processes harmonization.Be accountable for the performance of assigned portfolio and for the development of customer prospects in relevant area.Build effective and sustainable partnerships with existing accounts, ensuring long lasting relationships with key decision makers across the customer's organizationCollaborate with Sales Division and involve subject matter experts across Stevanato Group to foster the Company's business model and deliver added value solutionsServe as lead point of contact for all customer's service requests and queries.Monitor market trends to identify and seize commercial opportunities for the Group.Manage function's budget in line with business objectives/guidelinesCreate effective relationships with actual and potential customers to foster growth and commercial opportunities for all stakeholders involved. xdwybme TECHNICAL COMPETENCES: Market and Industry understanding and in-depth knowledge of key consumers and segmentsCustomers and Prospects products and processes understandingKnowledge of Company Product and Production: process, features techniquesKey Account Planning and Project ManagementCustomer Service and CRM ManagementAnalysis and Reporting: methodologies, techniques, tools and applicationsBudget managementIT Tools: use of company tools and applications (ERP, Office, etc.)SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Technical/Engineering Degree or proved experience in Engineering After Sales+3 years of experiences in marketing or sales/account-management position in manufacturing corporationsFocus on Client's needsBusiness AcumenAnalytical ApproachTime ManagementProblem SolvingAccountabilityCommunicationNegotiationAvailability to business tripsType of contract and salary will be based on experience.Location: Piombino Dese (PD)
