Job Responsibilities Driving front line sales growth, primarily with new and strategically important customers and prospects (mainly System Integrator and OEM) within the Industry vertical. Representing Danfoss Drives within the Industry vertical, following and influencing short-term or long-term trends, leading product & solution offering and strategy. Being the industry spokesperson, coaching, guiding, and supporting the sales teams to find new growth opportunities. Securing Danfoss visibility by educating/training the markets, connecting in industry trade associations, exhibitions, publishing white papers, and marketing activities. Building and sharing application knowledge and best practices within the organization. Developing and delivering solutions with Project Teams and influencing communication with marketing resources tailored to market needs/trends and Danfoss strategic priorities. Ensuring bi-directional information flow between the market, sales team, and global teams when necessary. Studying the industry vertical to identify the right approach, following developments and future customer needs, market trends, and competition strategies. Driving the push and pull strategy in close cooperation with the sales team within the industry vertical. Reporting activities and conducting data analysis related to sales and market intelligence. Utilizing Danfoss’s tools and collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Technical Support to select the most competitive Danfoss solutions. Supporting sales strategies to achieve budget objectives. Minimum Qualifications Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; knowledge in drives, electric motors, and automation is a plus. Over 5 years of experience in a similar role within middle-structured multinational companies, with knowledge of the reference market. Strong negotiation and organizational skills with a goal-oriented mindset. Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken). Skilled in presenting to large audiences. Customer and growth-oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities. Interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and results.
