In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our channel manager ecosystem. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in tourism, hospitality, or e-commerce environments, and be familiar with internal systems syncing and troubleshooting. They should also be able to interpret performance metrics and take action accordingly.
Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to channel management

* Monitor inventory health and take action on capacity issues or schedule gaps
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience working in tourism, hospitality, or e-commerce environments
* Familiarity with internal systems syncing and troubleshooting
* Ability to interpret performance metrics and take action
