This dedicated training and development path will be held for the first few months at our headquarters inCernusco sul Naviglio (MI), designed to provide you with both deep technical expertise and essential soft skills.You will be trained to:Take commercial responsibility for direct customers in your assigned area, focusing onIndustrial Hydraulic technologies.You will be supported in analyzing market data and collecting key insights from customers and internal stakeholders to design and execute effective sales and marketing plans.Build a strong relationship with the local Application team and the Headquarters to share best practices, coordinate technical solutions, and contribute to continuous business growth.Be involved insales negotiationsand provide support throughout bothpre-sales and post-salesphases. You will contribute to the achievement of key commercial KPIs — including turnover and margins — by supporting new business development activities and strengthening customer loyalty.Understand market needs and trends to guide customers toward the most appropriate products and technical solutions.
