PbKey Responsibilities: /b /ppIn coordination with the local and international Sales, Business Development, and Marketing organizations, key responsibilities will include: /pulliForming close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand and increase sales of Hanwha security products. /liliAchieving sales objectives related to relevant sales and product mix through market analysis and influencing decision makers. /liliStrategic planning for short and medium-term sales, sharing market information with the Product Management team, and discussing marketing strategies with the Country Manager. /liliManaging and developing the network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program, with a focus on sales revenue. /liliSupporting Strategic Sales Managers in pursuing opportunities within the region and vertical markets. /liliEngaging in end-user consultations, liaising with system integrators, updating customers with product info, increasing project pipeline and revenue, creating new customer relationships, and reporting on sales activities. /liliConducting customer audits, market segmentation, and contributing ideas for marketing plans and product launches. /liliFocusing on product/channel/customer margins, forecasting accuracy, and achieving budgets and targets. /li /ulpbRequirements: /b /pulliProven success in business development or sales, particularly in demanding environments. /liliExtensive experience with CCTV and related technologies, including presenting solutions to end users and specifiers. /liliAbility to understand customer needs and develop professional proposals independently. /liliMarket knowledge of electronic security, IT, and networking channels. /liliExperience with CCTV manufacturing is a plus but not essential. /liliUnderstanding of network video systems and topology. /liliBusiness or technical degree preferred. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. /liliStrong relationship-building skills and motivation to enhance market and brand recognition. /liliIndependent thinking, good judgment, and team orientation. /liliOrganized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused. /liliSelf-motivated with project management and communication skills, capable of engaging at all levels. /liliAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines. /liliFluent in English and at least one European language. /liliClean driving license. /li /ulpbLocation: /b /ppThis role is field-based, preferably in the Milan or South Italy area, involving extensive travel within Italy and occasionally outside. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
