Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve Denza’s sales targets in the Italian market.
* Lead and manage the national sales team, ensuring consistent performance and goal attainment.
* Establish relationships with key dealership partners to optimize distribution and customer reach.
* Monitor sales trends and provide regular updates and insights to senior management.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional efforts with sales goals.
* Manage the sales budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
* Represent the company at industry events and maintain a strong professional network.
* Other tasks assigned by Sales Director Denza.
Your Profile:
* Bachelor or master ’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
* Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the premium automotive sectors.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English and Italian.
