We are looking for an internal sales/sales specialist in the Microsoft Business Unit. The person will be responsible for the Microsoft portfolio, providing and selling product information, pricing, special offers and promotions, and closing orders. The candidate should be able to sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX, communicate the company value proposition, and develop partner relationships, including account planning and cross‑selling.
What You Will Do
Build excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement.
Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers, discussing our solutions, and identifying opportunities.
Engage in active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information.
Manage customer backorders with specialist knowledge and engage in intelligent project fishing.
Manage end‑to‑end projects or hand them over to presales for technical requirements.
Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system and ensure active closure of opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
3+ years of experience with the Microsoft portfolio.
Excellent telephone manner and effective communication skills.
Strive to achieve set targets.
Understand the sales process.
Good relationship‑building skills.
Experience with IT systems for quotation, order entry, and CRM.
A knowledge of the product set would be desirable but not essential.
IT industry knowledge would be desirable but not essential.
