Key Responsibilities : In coordination with the local and international Sales, Business Development, and Marketing organizations, key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Forming close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand and increase sales and demand for Hanwha security products. Achieving set objectives related to sales and product quantity mix through strategic market analysis and influencing decision makers to ensure sales growth. Engaging in strategic planning, including short and medium-term sales planning, sharing market information with the Hanwha Product Management team, and recommending marketing plans and strategic directions in collaboration with the Country Manager. Managing and developing a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Programme), focusing on sales revenue from assigned partners. Supporting Strategic Sales Managers in pursuing opportunities within the assigned region and vertical markets. Additional responsibilities include: Consulting with end users, liaising with consultants and specifiers, and maintaining communication with major system integrators at senior levels. Keeping customers informed about product information, increasing project pipeline and revenue with existing customers, and creating new project pipelines. Reporting weekly on sales and project progress, conducting customer audit analysis. Participating in product and market segmentation, positioning, and targeting. Contributing ideas for marketing plans, especially for new product launches and customer events. Focusing on product/channel/customer margins, ensuring forecast accuracy, and achieving budgets and targets. Requirements : Proven experience in a business development or sales role with a track record of achieving sales targets in demanding environments. Extensive knowledge of CCTV and related technologies, with experience presenting solutions to end users and consultants/specifiers. Ability to work independently, understanding customer needs, defining solutions, and creating professional proposals. Market knowledge, including main channels and potential customers within the electronic security, IT, and Networking markets. Previous experience with a CCTV manufacturer is beneficial but not essential. Understanding of new technologies, especially network video systems and topology. Business or technical degree is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Motivation to impact the market positively and enhance brand recognition. Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders. Independent thinking, good judgment, and motivation to achieve targets. Team player with organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive problem-solving approach. Self-motivated, able to work independently. Strong communication skills, capable of presenting to executive levels and at all organizational levels. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Fluent in English and at least one local European language. Clean driving license. Location : This is a field-based role; ideally, the candidate should reside in the Milan area or in the South region of Italy.
