Business Partner and Change Enabler
We are looking for a skilled HR Business Partner to work closely with business leaders and drive strategic initiatives forward.
You will be responsible for aligning people strategy with organizational goals, providing expert HR advice, and shaping a positive workplace culture.
As the dedicated HR point of contact for specific business areas, you will support managers in all key aspects of the employee lifecycle – from hiring and development to performance and change management.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with managers to identify and hire top talent for critical roles.
- Support employee growth through coaching, mentoring, and structured development plans.
- Contribute to organizational transformation and build a competitive organization.
- Promote a strong company culture and enhance employee experience.
- Help teams navigate complex changes and transitions.
- Develop and implement effective compensation strategies.
- Manage performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
About You:
- Degree in economics, psychology, or a related field.
- Broad HR experience across recruitment, development, and organizational change.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of business functions and priorities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with MS Office and HR tools (e.G., SuccessFactors).
- Proficiency in Italian and German, good English language skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 4 days per month.
