Synergie Italia Spa, a branch in Arezzo, is seeking for a client operating in the jewelry sector, a:
BACK OFFICE COMMERCIALE ESTERO
Position
The candidate will support the Commercial Office and will handle specific tasks such as:
* Managing clients and updating records;
* Order management (entering orders, sending invoices, shipping products, managing order progress);
* Monitoring orders and shipments;
* Archiving documentation;
* Commercial reporting;
* Pre- and post-sales assistance.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent command of the English language, knowledge of a second language is a plus;
* Previous experience in the role, preferably within the jewelry sector;
* Good commercial aptitude;
* Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information
We offer:
* A contract based on experience, with terms and conditions defined according to the candidate's profile;
* Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, daytime hours;
* Work location: Arezzo.
