Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Reservation Agent located in Venice. The Hotel Reservation Agent will be responsible for phone etiquette, managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, effective communication, and performing receptionist duties.
Qualifications
* Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
* Experience in Reservations and Customer Service and Booking processing
* Guest assistance
* Upselling proactively and promotion
* Coordinating with Sales & Revenue departments
* Preparing different reports
* Knowledge on Venice destination
* Have experience in OPERA property management system, preferably cloud version
* Experience working with Online Travel Agency platforms
* Knowledge of Synxis is a plus
* Problem solver
* Receptionist Duties
* Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Fluent in English and in Italian
* Should be a team player
* Minimum 2 years of experience in reservations
* Experience in 5 Stars property is a plus
