Xara Collection are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operation of our restaurant and help deliver exceptional guest experiences. The Role As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, supervising service teams, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining the high standards that define the Trattoria AD 1530 experience. You will play a key role in coordinating lunch, aperitivo and dinner services, managing guest satisfaction, supporting team development, and ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
