Key Responsibilities:
* Manage front-end operations, including cash handling, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
* Train and develop team members to achieve high-quality customer service standards.
* Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.
* Maintain open communication channels with the assistant manager and general manager to discuss ongoing initiatives and concerns.
* Foster a safe work environment by promoting loss prevention awareness and adhering to OSHA guidelines.
Requirements:
* At least two years of retail management experience.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for long periods.
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Work Environment:
* Mostly regular hours with occasional weekends and evenings.
* Working in a fast-paced retail environment with varying temperatures and outside conditions.
Physical Demands:
