As a C&CE Process & Programs Intern, you will join our Rhythm Management team and support the continuous evolution of our customer engagement and commercial excellence capabilities across EMEA.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in CRM management, digital marketing, data analytics, training delivery, and business process improvement while collaborating with an international and cross‑functional team. You will contribute to projects that help improve customer experiences, strengthen commercial effectiveness, and support data‑driven decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide first‑level support for end users of Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ).
- Support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of training materials (training guides and videos).
- Support with the delivery of communications, presentations, and trainings to a variety of stakeholders.
- Manage training delivery to the Field Teams on the Salesforce applications, and provide coaching to increase user adoption and system effectiveness.
- Collaborate with our omnichannel team on marketing activities and support with ad‑hoc business analysis.
- Create and update dashboards and reports to support decision‑making management of business strategies and analytics.
- Manage and further develop the CRM system and contribute to improvements in the sales processes.
- Assist in testing functionalities and supporting system enhancements.
What we are looking for:- Currently completing or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Native Italian speaker and fluent English (written and spoken).
- You are characterized by an analytic mindset and you proactively seek guidance if required.
- You can manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- You are characterized by strong communication, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
- You have a proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.
- You are able to work independently and stay focused during busy periods.
Preferred qualifications:- Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Additional language skills (Spanish, French, German) are considered a plus.
