Job Responsibilities:

1. Support business development by generating leads through roadshows and workshops.

2. Act as a technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, handling all technical communication and introducing solutions.

3. Build and maintain relationships with partners, fostering trust through in-depth technical knowledge and understanding of client requirements.
">
4. Prepare technical materials and presentation slide decks for pre-sale support.
">
5. Ensure that business partners have a clear understanding of EcoFlow's key USPs through effective product training and close interaction.
">
6. Cultivate valuable feedback and insights from clients and partners to inform product improvements.
">
7. Provide technical expertise and suggestions to help partners customize solutions for commercial success.

Requirements:
">
">
* Bachelor's degree or higher in a science or engineering field, preferably electrical engineering, electro-mechanical equipment, or related fields.
">
* At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support roles, with a minimum of 3 years in the Residential Energy Storage industry field preferred.
">
* Strong self-drive, proactiveness, and ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams and departments.
">
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable speaking or delivering training to groups, and ability to listen and understand customer needs.
">
* Natural interest or passion in this industry, willingness to continuously learn, and capability to grasp new and complex information in a rapidly changing environment.
">
* Fluency in English and Italian is essential; other language skills such as French, German, Polish, Dutch are a plus.
