Reports to Front Office Manager
As a Front Office Agent at Caruso, A Belmond hotel you are part of a team that create an exceptional experience for all of our guests. In this role your primary objective is to show our guests such a marvellous time that they will want to return again. Responsibilities
* Fulfil operations of the Front Office, according to the company policies, standards and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times : handle all guest arrival check ins and departure check-outs
* Create memorable and tailored experiences for all guests following Belmond standards
* Coordinate guests services, working with local partners to ensure consistency in the level of service
* Anticipate Guests’ needs and handle Guests’ complaints
* Cross sell hotel services and venues
* Handle reservation inquiries and relative requests
* Consistently meet or exceed defined performance expectations as per management’ goals ensuring all guest’ satisfaction
Requirements / What You Bring
* Excellent communicational skills, both whit Guests and co-workers / colleagues. Skilled at engaging audience.
* Detail and guest care oriented
* Fluent in English and Italian
* Possess a courteous and professional telephone manner
* At least 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably in luxury hotels
* Preferred knowledge of LQA and Forbes standards
* Preferred knowledge of PMS Infor HMS and Alice Concierge systems but not required
