How does your working day look like ...
At the reception, you'll make sure that guests aren't just contented, but enthusiastic:you'll join the Front Office becoming part of a team
You'll always keep your cool – even when all the guests turn up to check in at the same time
You'll get everything ready for the shift
You will help the Front Office in the management of groups
You will follow a complete checklist and try to learn all the tasks

Guest focused personality is essential
You've gained some professional experience or completed a course of training in the hotel business and can speak English fluently
