Grows existing accounts, identifies margin improvement opportunities, and actively pursues new customers to meet individual sales targets. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn a defined territory; deliver revenue, volume, and margin targets through disciplined opportunity management. /li liDevelop and execute account plans for top accounts; align stakeholders and set quarterly growth actions. /li liQualify, propose, and negotiate customer agreements; leverage pricing frameworks and value selling to expand margin. /li liForecast monthly and quarterly results with high accuracy; manage mix and capacity constraints proactively. /li liCoordinate plant/site visits, product trials, and technical consultations to accelerate deal cycles. /li liCollaborate with Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to drive flawless execution. /li liUse CRM to manage pipeline health, risk, and coverage; ensure data completeness and timeliness. /li liMonitor and address service or quality issues; elevate and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams. /li liMap buying centers and expand relationships beyond purchasing into operations and leadership. /li liChampion safety and compliance in all customer engagements and internal activities. /li liPerforms other duties as assigned. /li /ul h3Education Experience /h3 ul liTypically possesses a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) /li liTypically requires 4-8 years of experience. /li /ul h3Knowledge Skills /h3 ul liProficiency with CRM for pipeline, forecasting, and account management. /li liStrong commercial acumen with demonstrated pricing and negotiation capability. /li liClear, concise communication (written and verbal) with executive presence. /li liAbility to analyze data to generate insights and action plans. /li liCollaborative working style with cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality). /li liOrganized, disciplined operating cadence; able to manage multiple priorities. /li liCoaching and talent development; ability to build high-performance teams. /li liOperating cadence leadership (1:1s, deal reviews, QBRs) and change management. /li /ul pAt bGreif /b, we believe that our colleagues are the center of our success.
