Job Description

We are looking for a Commercial Sales Professional to contribute to the success of our company. The role is crucial, developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and contributing to sales growth. The Commercial Sales Professional acts as the main point of contact between the company and clients, ensuring needs are satisfied and maintaining a competitive position in the market.


Responsibilities

* Identify and acquire new clients through networking and market research.
* Maintain solid relationships with existing clients and develop revenue, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
* Analyze market trends and provide feedback to improve products and services offered.
* Prepare sales reports and presentations for corporate management.
* Visit clients regularly to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
* Conduct commercial negotiations and develop strategies to expand the area of expertise.
* Offer technical and commercial support to clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
* Coordinate local distributors to ensure consistency with corporate objectives.
* Provide environmental consulting, with particular attention to industrial safety and pollution reduction.
* Organize practical demonstrations to illustrate effective product use.
* Perform technical surveys to identify tailored solutions for clients.
* Analyze sales data and prepare detailed reports for the Commercial Director.


Qualifications

* Experience of at least one year in sales or commercial roles, preferably in the environmental sector.
* In-depth knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.
* Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales management software.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Preferred degree in economics, marketing or related disciplines.
* Previous proven experience in similar roles, preferably in the technical-commercial sector.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Analytical skills and ability to prepare reports.
* Availability to travel frequently, with 90% of the time dedicated to business trips.
* Familiarity with technologies and tools used in the sector, including analysis software and sales management platforms.
* Problem solving and ability to resolve issues effectively and timely.

* Advanced sales techniques.
* Effective use of CRM software.
* Market data analysis skills.
