We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager with a strong background in pharma or electronics applications who enjoys working in a competitive and multinational environment.
The Channel Sales Manager will have the opportunity to develop and manage our partner network, driving growth in both established and emerging markets.
What You Will Do
* Develop, manage, and optimize the partner network (distributors, resellers, system integrators, etc.).
* Define and implement sales strategies for company partners aligned with company goals.
* Initiate, develop, and close sales opportunities within the pharmaceutical and electronics industries, delivering assigned sales targets.
* Manage sales forecasting and reporting for the channel.
* Prospect new customers and accounts within the territory.
* Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective go-to-market execution and market positioning.
* Work with the Marketing and Communications team to publish online content, tradeshow presentations, and generate marketing materials.
* Promote product lines by meeting customers in person and virtually to develop new business opportunities.
* Use company CRM tools (Sales Force) to communicate updates and manage your opportunity pipeline.
* Demonstrate commitment to safety for yourself and colleagues.
* Other duties as required.
Key Requirements
* BSc, MSc, or PhD in Life Sciences or relevant experience.
* Proven experience (min. 3-5 years) in B2B sales, preferably managing indirect sales channels.
* Strong knowledge of channel dynamics (sales through partners/distributors).
* Understanding of cleanrooms and contamination control is beneficial.
* Strong communication and solution-oriented skills.
* Experience with CRM systems like Sales Force, confident in presentations and public speaking.
* Excellent selling and negotiation skills, customer-focused, proactive, attentive to detail.
* Ability to work autonomously from a home-based office and visit customers.
* Creative, innovative, and capable of driving performance and change.
* Fluent in English.
