The Channel Account Manager is responsible for recruiting, developing, and enabling strategic partners across Italy. This role focuses on building strong partner relationships and driving joint business growth through structured partner strategies and sales collaboration. Key Responsibilities

Build and manage strategic relationships with key channel partners. Develop and execute joint business plans to drive revenue growth. Recruit and enable new partners within the Trend Micro Partner Program. Drive partner-led pipeline generation and sales opportunities. Deliver partner training, presentations, and enablement initiatives. Collaborate closely with internal sales teams to maximize partner engagement and performance. Maintain a strong and reliable partner pipeline and forecast.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in channel partner management or partner sales. Strong understanding of the Italian channel ecosystem. Experience working with cybersecurity or enterprise technology vendors is highly desirable. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Fluent English and Italian.
