Partner Area Manager Channel role at Jobbit

We are a Cloud & Cybersecurity Provider, our focus is to provide medium‑sized and large companies with Cloud services at the highest level of reliability and performance, integrated with Cybersecurity solutions that protect their data and applications.
We are looking for a curious and proactive colleague to join our Sales Team as Partner Area Manager Channel. The selected candidate, reporting to the Head of Channel, will identify new partners and manage current ones to develop relationships that produce sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Gather information from the market (competition, partners’ needs, trends) to support the definition of the strategy for developing Channel Sales.
* Identify potential new partners in line with targets in the assigned geographical area to extend sales opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, guarantee they are constantly informed and supported to maximize customer retention.
* Develop and manage relationships with certified ReeVo distributors, working closely with their sales teams to expand the partner network in the assigned geographical areas.
* Execute channel development activities (e.g., Partners’ program) supporting marketing and enhancing sales colleagues’ efforts to guarantee budgeted targets.
* Support partners in their IT services sales both with training on the portfolio and by assisting them in negotiation.
* Develop common initiatives, with Marketing support, to involve customers and new potential customers.
* Support partners in following the Partners Program.
* Support partners in marketplace adoption.
* Check admin processes of partners’ invoicing for sales to final customers to ensure they are correctly implemented on time.
Qualifications
Hard Skills
* College or bachelor’s degree in Economics/Communication/Marketing/IT Engineering or equivalent.
* At least 5 years in sales (or trade marketing) roles.
* Good knowledge of business areas such as Cloud and Cybersecurity.
* Good knowledge of CRM systems.
Language Skills
* Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken is mandatory.
* Good command of French and/or Spanish is a plus.
Soft Skills
* Excellent communication abilities to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proactivity.
* Negotiation and influencing abilities.
* Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
