Requirements

At least 2 years' experience in the role in 5-star hotels and/or Gourmet Restaurants
Strong predisposition for upselling
Fluent knowledge of Italian and English
Passion for the job and goal orientation
Strong food/wine pairing skills (training in food/cocktails pairing is considered a PLUS)
Ensure excellent service and exceptional attention to Guests
Ensure that hygienic and sanitary standards as per regulations xjrgpwk are met
Interpersonal skills and aptitude for interpersonal relationships
Knowledge of the English language
Previous experience in luxury hotels
