This role will be responsible for expanding growth into the Industrial and Robotics Markets.Your role
Build and maintain foundational market analyses outlining the key customers, competitors, products and market size in the industrial and robotics market space.Track and improve industrial and robotics market sales, bookings, and profitability trends by customer, market, and product linesOwn new product / technology roadmap and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product Line, Marketing, and Distribution teams in evaluating and recommending what additional portfolio/products are needed to increase our sales in industrial and robotics marketsLead business case development for new product portfolioDevelop Market models (TAM) including size, growth, and market share – in collaboration with the Corporate Strategy teamDevelop competitor benchmarking including products and market shareScanning and collation of market intelligence (M&A;, product launches, new market entrants, footprint investments, etc.)Support material preparation for internal business reviews

Your background
Master's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in areas relevant for our business e.g. products like wire harness and connectors and end markets like industrial and roboticsDemonstrated skills and experience in solving complex business problems – includes structuring the problem, gathering and analyzing data, generating insights and recommendationsStrong communication skills, including the ability to develop polished visuals (PowerPoint) and communicate effectively with senior audiencesGrowth driven hunter mentalityHigh motivation with a track record of strong performance and career progressionFluent in French or Italian / and English (both speaking & writing)willingness to business travel
