GrowWhatMatters Main tasks: - Understand the market needs and define a product concept guideline to provide the right input to the research team - Understand the Product Characteristics and Performance across different environments - Collect direct observations in a different cultivation environment to compare specific agronomic traits - Design the trial-network managed by Sales Force for positioning and promotional topics - Be responsible of the product portfolio - Analyze, interpret and share data and results with Sales&Marketing teams - Provide marketing/technical advices and guidance (training-information, presentations, public speeches), to the sales force and different other audience - Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Manager to the commercial campaign Location: Cremona, italia LI-CR1 LI-Onsite Qualifications: To Grow What Matters, You Will Need - Master Degree in Agronomy, Plant Breeding, Crop Management, Crop Physiology or correlated studies - Previous experience preferred with an agricultural company or university in conceiving, coordinating, executing, summarizing, and reporting results from field research trials in writing and oral presentations. - Knowledge in new digital platforms related to precision farming - Demonstrated ability to assimilate large amounts of technical information and to condense it into useable and understandable form. - Good communication skill - Good coaching and training capabilities. - Ability to work in team - Ability to network with external stakeholders (technical/academic, etc) - Good English speaking and writing skills and ability to communicate appropriately with diverse audiences (technical skills). - Willingness to travel extensively across Italy Who Are We Looking For? - Curious, bold thinkers who want to grow their careers and be part of a winning team - Market shaping individuals who want to transform the agriculture industry to meet the world's growing need for food - Collaborators who thrive in a diverse, inclusive work environment - Innovators who bring initiative and fresh ideas that drive our business into the future and make us an industry leader
