PWe are seeking a passionate and experienced bMarketing Manager /b to drive integrated marketing strategies for Evotec Verona. This role will play a key part in raising awareness, driving demand, and supporting strategic growth objectives by translating scientific and commercial goals into compelling marketing programs. Based at our Verona site, the role works closely with cross-functional teams across Strategic Marketing, Business Development, and Operations. /ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on brand positioning, awareness, and demand generation. /liliDesign targeted, multi-channel campaigns tailored to customer segments, services, and geographical regions. /liliLeverage scientific knowledge, competitive and market insights to inform strategic decisions and shape impactful messaging and campaign direction. /liliOversee creation of marketing materials across channels (social media, web, SEO, video, print, exhibitions) ensuring consistency across channels and adherence to branding guidelines. /liliProduce and manage content such as product sheets, flyers, blogs, whitepapers, videos, and newsletters in collaboration with internal and external resources. /liliFoster thought leadership by positioning our pre-clinical development business and Evotec as innovators in the field. /liliWork closely with SMEs and in cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external agencies to develop and implement marketing campaigns. /liliSupport conference planning, workshops, and events in coordination with the Events and Sales teams. /li /ulpbrbAnalytics Reporting /b /pulliTrack and report KPIs to evaluate performance and improve marketing ROI. /liliConduct competitive analysis, customer surveys, and satisfaction assessments to inform marketing direction. /li /ulpbQualifications Experience /b /pulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. /liliProven experience in B2B marketing in the life sciences, biotech, pharma, diagnostics, or healthcare industries. /liliStrong track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives. /liliSkilled in digital marketing (SEO/SEM, CRM platforms, social media, automation tools). /liliAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights. /liliCollaborative team player with strong project management and communication skills. /liliBusiness fluent in English and strong written and oral communication and presentation skills. /liliExperience with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus. /li /ulpENG : In the frame of our Diversity policy, Evotec considers, with equal competences, all applications including people with disabilities. /ph3About Us /h3pEvotec is a life science company with a unique business model that delivers on its mission to discover and develop highly effective therapeutics and make them available to the patients.
