Position Summary Reporting to the _Commercial Planning Manager_, you will be responsible for defining channels strategies and tactics alongside with point of purchase vision and the development of channel solutions that are customer and shopper-centric. A Day in the Life of the Trade Marketing Analyst - Out of Home: - Understand the shopper behaviour and needs in relation to the channel - Design the commercial strategy at category / subchannel level - Monitor the implementation of the commercial strategy - Be the voice of the customer / channel in the Integrated Commercial Plan process feeding the relevant insights at the appropriate level - Participate in the Monthly Business Planning Process to define volumes and topline - Analyze internal monthly sales and sell-out data, set-up reports at the appropriate Category/Channel/Customer level - Proactively identify opportunities, risks and development areas - Act as the preferred point of contact for the Confectionery Category Team - Work closely with a network of Marketing, Corporate Sales, Finance, Demand and Supply Planning and categories Category and Channel plans.
