As we look to the future, we are seeking a Business Developer based in the North-Center of Italy
The Business Developer – will be responsible for strengthening and further developing the TCL SOLAR value-added reseller network.
This role would suit a self-motivated, results-oriented individual who is comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment, is capable of forming new and developing existing relationships with our partner base and has the vision and experience to manage a closely knit dealer network.
To succeed in this role, you must combine leadership abilities with detail-oriented execution skills and business savvy
Support the development and day-to-day management of the distributor network
Help collect and analyse regional market information and competitor activity
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to help execute regional sales and marketing initiatives
Contribute to sales reporting and forecasting by maintaining accurate data and follow-ups
Support the monitoring of pricing (ASP) and receivables in line with internal guidelines
Arrange training events with sales and technical partners on TCL Solar products and energy solutions
Good verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in spoken and written English
Occasional international travel may be required
~ 50-75% of time travelling in the assigned area: mainly North-Center of Italy
