With 2,300 specialized professionals, we are constantly working on new agricultural revolutions. Our main campus is in Maassluis, with additional international offices. Our goal is to make dairy farming appealing for the next generation.
We are currently seeking a Commercial Product Specialist to support the growth of our Aftermarket sector across South Eastern Europe and Turkey.
Your Role
* As Commercial Product Specialist Aftermarket, focusing on Consumables, you will support our Lely Centers Network and internal teams in the SEET region. You will be the primary contact for both commercial and technical aspects of the Aftermarket business, contributing to marketing campaigns and commercial strategies to boost product sales. You will travel regularly within the SEET area to maintain close relationships with cluster teams and Lely Centers. You will be part of the Business Team Milking in the SEET Cluster, reporting to the Manager Proposition Milking.
Key responsibilities include:
* Align and execute long-term aftermarket strategies with cross-functional teams within the cluster;
* Support the distribution network's aftermarket focus and ensure professional development through ongoing training;
* Act as the main point of contact for commercial and technical inquiries within the cluster;
* Coordinate with Lely International headquarters to share market information and facilitate strategy implementation;
* Contribute to marketing initiatives and commercial actions to foster aftermarket growth.
Qualifications
* Experience in agriculture, dairy farming, or agricultural machinery is preferred but not mandatory;
* Enjoys selling, understanding customer needs, and delivering solutions;
* Excellent relationship-building, stakeholder management, and influencing skills;
* Good presentation skills and experience in delivering training;
* Collaborative, proactive team player supportive of other departments;
* Results-oriented, able to work independently, set goals, and prioritize effectively;
* Fluent in Italian and English;
* Willing to travel nationally and internationally to maintain strong connections.

About Our Cluster
The main office is in Italy, Colturano (MI), supporting the distribution network of Lely Centers in South-East Europe and Turkey. We are a young, enthusiastic team of 40 people based at the Colturano office and Istanbul branch.
