We're looking for a talented and energetic Marketing Director for EMEA to help us redefine the conventions of our category. /ppWhat You'll Do : /ppbStrategic Visionary : /b /ppset and execute the regional marketing strategy to drive double-digit growth in EMEA across our core product categories. /ppInspire and lead a team of 10 marketers, with 4 direct reports to achieve ambitious goals. /ppbBrand builder : /b /ppNurture our mission, build the equity of our brands, drive awareness, consideration, desirability, cultural relevancy and curate consumer experience through all touchpoints. /ppLeverage our exciting portfolio of global and local brands with locally relevant acceleration programs, partner with the global marketing and innovation team to create superior solutions that fuel growth and strengthen competitive advantage. /ppbBusiness owner : /b /ppHave a strong business-driven mindset with a bias for action, always looking at risks and opportunities, managing brand PLs and investment required and recommending acceleration or corrective actions to deliver growth ambitions. /ppYou will create Category Growth Platforms, Trade Engagement Decks, LSM Deployments, Toolkits / Targets / Trackers. /ppbWho We Are : /b /ppJoin a global organization of talented individuals from world-renowned pharma and consumer goods companies. Your strategic and creative mindset will help us thrive in this competitive landscape. /ppWhat You Need : /ppStrong foundational marketing skills with a track record of success in marketing management and 4Ps execution (consumer and customer facing), utilizing market and consumer insights to inform overall strategy, action plans and sales go-to-market effort. Demonstrated success in CPG businesses, preferably with challenger brands targeting young adult audiences. /ppbStrong communication and consumer experience : /b /ppExpertise in communication, digital marketing audience planning, social engagement, PR, influencer strategy with track record of success in brand building through each element of the funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion). /ppbSolid knowledge of consumer trends : /b /ppExpertise in insight mining and utilizing consumer insights to inform brand building and supporting sales go-to-market efforts. /ppbStrong Marketing Planning Execution : /b /ppAbility to build profitable growth with track record of success in financial delivery, planning and marketing budget management. /ppThe ideal candidate will be a source of proposition and bring recommendations based on business trends, competitive activities, identified risks and opportunities. Strong ability to translate marketing plans and strategy in compelling argumentations for the trade and sales partners. /ppbResourcefulness : /b /ppAbility to achieve ambitious goals and drive growth even with limited resources. Strong can-do attitude and bias for action. /ppbCollaborative Mindset and contribution : /b /ppExperience in a small, nimble, and fast-paced environment is a plus. Proven ability to collaborate with global cross-functional teams and contribute to the wider organizational strategy. /ppbStrategic Thinking Skills : /b /ppProven ability to develop and execute long-term plans while delivering short-term wins. /ppbAnalytical Skills : /b /ppStrong ability in data management, consumer insights, market trend understanding, ROI analyses and PL management. /ppbLeadership : /b /ppAbility to build and lead a strong, accountable team and be the advocate of the priorities and needs for the EMEA business. Persuasive in communication. /ppOrganizational skills : /ppAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. /ppExcellent communication and presentation skills, /ppWith English fluency. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus. /ppProfessional experience : /pp10+ years of branded CPG experience – experience in personal care is a plus. /ppbEducation : /b /ppBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
