We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to drive market execution and growth across South Europe, (Primarily Italy and France, including Spain and Portugal) acting as a strategic link between customers, Sales, FAE, and Divisions, with a strong focus on discrete MOSFETs .
What you'll doOwn regional market & customer intelligence (applications, trends, competitors)Translate divisional product strategy into focused regional Go‐To‐Market actionsAct as a strategic technical‐commercial interface for key customersIdentify and structure new business and demand creation opportunitiesBe the Voice of the Customer, influencing product roadmapsEnsure strong cross‐functional alignment across Sales, FAE, and DivisionsSupport opportunity prioritization, pricing strategy, and disciplined execution
What you bringBackground in Electronics / Physics or similarPrevious Experience in the semiconductor industry (ideally discrete MOSFETs) - ideally 5 yearsExposure to automotive and industrial customers and distributionStructured, proactive, customer‐oriented mindsetStrong communication skills and hands‐on mentalityWillingness to travel mainly within South Europe (approx 20-25 %)Fluent English and ItalianGood knowledge of Salesforce, MS Office, Business Objects
