INTERNATIONAL TEAM SALES MANAGER
We are seeking of an experienced International Sales Team Manager to lead, coordinate, and develop international sales organization, driving sustainable growth across multiple European markets. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role is central to aligning people, performance, and strategy at an international level.
You will be responsible for managing and empowering multicultural sales teams, ensuring consistent execution of the commercial strategy while fostering collaboration, accountability, and a strong performance-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead, coach, and coordinate international sales teams across France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, and Italy
-Drive international sales performance, with full accountability for revenue growth, margins, pricing strategy, and forecasting
-Set objectives, monitor KPIs, and leverage CRM data and performance insights to improve team effectiveness
-Develop talent within the sales organization, promoting engagement, motivation, and continuous improvement
-Ensure alignment between Sales and internal stakeholders including Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Delivery
-Support and manage international tenders and complex multi-country opportunities
-Contribute to the company’s overall commercial and strategic direction
Key Requirements
-Proven experience in an International Sales Manager / Sales Team Leadership role
-Strong background in B2B sales, ideally within HR services, training, consulting, or professional services
-Demonstrated success in leading and coordinating international and multicultural sales teams
-Solid track record in sales performance management, revenue growth, margin optimization, and pricing
-Strong analytical and forecasting skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
-Extensive experience using CRM systems and managing sales KPIs
-Ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-country sales environments
-Willingness to travel internationally
-Fluent English required; Italian, French, German and/or Dutch are a strong plus
-Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
-Results-oriented, proactive, and strategic mindset
Workplace: The position is based in Como (Italy), with a 50% smart working model and regular international travel.
