Customer Sales Support Manager

Coming by locations in Verona, Venezia, Bologna, Firenze, Civitanova Marche we are looking for a Customer Sales Support Manager.


Key Tasks

* Support the administration of televendor plans and inbound/outbound call processes for small and medium accounts, responding to client requests, understanding needs, providing information, promoting and selling products/services up to sale completion.
* Assess client needs and propose alternative solutions based on DHL offer knowledge; primarily handles routine situations but can adapt to specific cases deviating from scripts/programs, supported by IT systems.
* Enter and retrieve data through IT insertion systems and other relevant applications, creating and updating databases to improve access and organization of information needed for televendor activity.
* Prepare implementation plans and execute commercial campaigns to support customer acquisition and loyalty programs.
* Write scripts and guides for calls, create practical aids, reference guides and communication tools to support the effectiveness and performance of the televendor team.
* Compile and publish internal knowledge base content, document and update procedure changes.
* Understand the impact of communications on business metrics, intervene to correct recurring or less obvious problems in systems and processes, making small improvements in compliance with defined standards.
* Actively contribute to cross‑departmental project management, providing operational, analytical and planning support.


Requirements

* Excellent knowledge of AFR and OFR products and DGF services.
* Strong analytical skills and sales aptitude.
* Good managerial skills (people, process, leadership and work flow).
* Strategic vision, knowledge of shipping industry, result orientation and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and negotiation capability, strong problem‑solving attitude.
* Good knowledge of English.
* Ability to identify threats and opportunities, introducing best practice to ensure continuous improvement and higher productivity.
