* Effective verbal communication, empathetic and concise
* Persuasive sales skills and influencing ability
* Experience with Salesforce (preferred)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
* Fluent in English and Italian

Your responsibilities:
* Implement commercial policies for professional lighting
* Expand coverage in the region, supporting agencies
* Develop business cases with management for regional growth
* Identify and develop new customers
* Develop projects and report via Salesforce
* Conduct training for agencies and customers in Italy
* Promote BLE system and collaborate with HQ and agencies
* Gather market intelligence and communicate with marketing
* Achieve targets and manage budgets
* Coordinate internal relationships across channels and departments
