Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: - Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products responsible for. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships. - Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. - Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.
Customer & Partner Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. - Conduct business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. - Resolve customer concerns in collaboration with support and operations teams.
