Key Account Sales Manager
The primary objective of this role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include negotiating with customers, delivering sales quotes, and acting as a liaison between clients and company management.
Main Responsibilities:
* Developing sales strategies for various products to cater to customer needs
* Collecting information for contract preparation
* Collaborating with the technical team to propose suitable solutions for customers
* Pursuing new business opportunities, particularly in relation to replacing polyamide compounds
* Negotiating the best terms of sale
* Managing customer rates and issuing material samples for testing
* Building long-term relationships with customers
* Monitoring contract compliance and sales volumes
* Identifying and managing customer risks and disruptions
* Acting as an interface between customers and company departments
Your Profile:
* Effective use of sales and negotiation techniques
* Detailed knowledge of company products and their advantages
* Understanding of the plastics industry and injection molding processes
* Analytical mindset with adaptability to changing market conditions
* Strong decision-making skills and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
* Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
* Fluency in Italian and English
