Reports to: Head Sommelier
* Main duties & responsibilities
* Anticipate guests' needs and handle guest complaints, providing an excellent and personalized guest experience according to our service standards;
* Cooperate with the Head Sommelier
* Develop special wine events;
* Inventory and requisitions: assist in monitoring stock levels and ordering replacements. Avoid waste and control beverage margins;
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations;
Requirements
* At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within a deluxe hotel or restaurant;
* Fluent in Italian and English; third language preferred;
* Sommelier AIS, FISAR, or WSET international certification;
* Professional knowledge of Italian cuisine and Italian & international wines;

* Provide advice on optimal selling prices and review them regularly per Head Sommelier and Purchasing Manager instructions.
