What will you do
You will interact closely with customers and referring markets, supporting SWEP to develop business in your assigned region. Your role includes providing technical expertise to customers and gathering feedback for the company's business development. You will implement and follow the company’s strategies, values, and decisions for your region.
Your background
* A university degree in a technical field (mechanical engineering, energy, thermodynamics, or related)
* At least 3 years of experience in a sales environment with high technical content
* Experience with HVAC components sales is appreciated
* Fluent in Italian (verbal and written)
* Fluent in English (verbal and written)
* Knowledge of other languages is a plus
* Advanced skills in MS Office
* Proficiency with calculation tools
* Experience with CRM/ERP systems is advantageous

You are self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented. You are also a good team player with the ability to build strong working relationships across functions.
Additional information
The position requires frequent travel mainly within Italy but also abroad. SWEP has an office in Arcore, but remote work arrangements can be considered.
