You also thrive in ambiguous situations, with exemplary stakeholder management and communication skills, helping you work across global locations. /ph3Key job responsibilities /h3ulliBuild solid relationships with advertisers, displaying a dedication to delivering first‑class service and advertising solutions. /liliFlawlessly execute end‑to‑end campaigns, liaising with advertisers to align to advertiser priorities. /liliEffectively align spends for defined cadence (week / month/ quarter / sale event). /liliAnalyze campaign performance against key metrics to identify, recommend, and implement optimizations to increase efficiency, drive high renewal rate and meet advertisers KPIs. /liliKeep regular track of defect metrics (like high ACoS) and ensure a timely nudge to advertiser for course‑correction. /liliMonitor and communicate campaign progress to the advertiser through regular, in‑depth activity reports and insights, using this knowledge as a basis for future campaigns. /liliTrack Own the Ad Revenue goals for the set of advertisers being managed and deploy different ad‑product strategies to exceed goals/cover for gap to goal in case needed. /liliLeverage our suite of rich data, targeting and product channels to collaborate with the other teams in the development of tailored solutions that meet clients’ goals. /liliCo‑lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews with advertisers. /liliDrive operational excellence to ensure SLA adherence and client satisfaction. /li /ulh3Basic Qualifications /h3ulli2+ years of sales experience. /liliMBA is preferred. /liliExperience in an analytical, results‑oriented environment with external customer interaction. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliProven ability to manage the business “by the numbers”. Must be metrics‑driven. /liliExcellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
