Ph3Regional Account Manager - Symantec /h3pPosition: Regional Account Manager - Symantec. Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS), a part of Arrow Electronics, delivers innovative IT solutions to market to solve complex business challenges. We provide value-added distribution, business consulting and channel enablement services to leading technology manufacturers and their channel partners. We are looking for a Regional Account Manager Symantec to join our dynamic sales team in Arrow ECS Italy. /ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliManagement execution of Commercial new business sales strategy directly with end-user prospects. /liliOwnership for strategic relationships with key prospects (C-level/Senior Management). /liliManage the local execution of EMEA-wide initiatives for each strategic program or market segment initiative. /liliSupporting key partnerships to drive new commercial opportunity. /liliCoordinate forecasting/pipeline process in line with Arrow Countries. /liliWork closely with all internal departments/countries within Arrow ECS EMEA towards the achievement of financial and business goals. /liliWork with marketing strategists to design and develop sales campaigns to target commercial customer whitespace. /liliDevelop sales plays to ensure continued adoption of Symantec products by commercial customers. /liliDevelop strong business alignment with key partners and build robust reporting forecasting for the business. /liliStay ahead of the market through proactive planning and business development. /li /ulpbWhat we are looking for / Qualifications /b /pulliRelevant direct touch/end-user sales experience in cybersecurity or technology space, managing customer relationships, processes and programs and/or sales personnel within the IT industry. /liliStrong experience with Symantec. /liliProven ability to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives, including setting business expectations and objectives. /liliExperience working effectively with marketing to maximize Go-To-Market program effectiveness. /liliDemonstrated leadership abilities, team management and interpersonal skills. /liliAbility to operate in a matrix organization. /liliTravel is estimated to take up to 75% of working time. /liliFluent in Italian English with strong writing and communication skills; strong influencing and negotiation skills; good relationship building. /liliDirect experience with cloud computing and virtualization technology vendors. /li /ulpbWhat we offer /b /pulliCompany car.
