In this Senior Account Manager role, you will safeguard and grow key client relationships by deeply understanding client supply chains and aligning Flexport solutions to their goals. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams across regions to ensure a consistent, high‑quality client experience, drive upsell and renewal opportunities, and architect multi‑year supply chain roadmaps. The role combines relationship management, data‑driven oversight, and strategic advisory to deliver tangible client value and scale Flexport’s impact.

* Navigate client hierarchies and engage executives to deepen the Flexport partnership
* Meet with clients regularly to monitor account health and improve the experience
* Identify, develop, and close upsell, cross‑sell, and renewal opportunities
* Monitor client financial health and ensure consistent payment schedules
* Lead onboarding and create standard operating procedures
* Scope and guide implementation timelines for new opportunities and clients
* Collaborate with global counterparts to ensure consistent account management
* Monitor metrics with Global Operations to meet client expectations and resolve issues
* Prepare content for regular client touchpoints to demonstrate value and identify new opportunities
* Architect 3‑year supply chain roadmaps aligned to client goals
* Drive product adoption with client stakeholders
* Review and update client success criteria as needs evolve
* Continue learning to act as a trusted advisor
* Utilize data (e.g., Salesforce) to monitor book of business health and improve Flexport experience
* Mentor and coach fellow Account Managers on client support and partnerships
Responsabilità
* 5+ years in supply chain operations, sales/account management, or client‑facing role
* 2+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain
* Client‑centric mindset focused on outcomes and strategic planning
* Hands‑on, process‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills
* Strong curiosity about client needs and Flexport capabilities
* Exceptional attention to detail for metrics and relationships
* Strong business acumen
* Proven track record of cross‑selling a product
