We’re looking for highly motivated, personable, and commercially driven individuals to join us as Account Managers. This is a field-based role ideal for those who thrive on autonomy, relationship-building, and making a tangible impact in the circular economy. You will be at the heart of our Source Local/Sell Global Strategy.
Your Role
As a Field-Based Account Manager, you will:
* Develop New Accounts
* Build local relationships with sellers of recyclable materials, including waste producers, collectors, and traders.
* Manage Existing Accounts
* Deliver a responsive, local service to maintain and grow long-term supplier relationships.
* Secure & Manage Material Listings
* Gather detailed, accurate information about available materials and list them on our online Recycling Marketplace. Review and update listings quarterly.
* Negotiate Price & Availability
* Work with suppliers to secure materials at competitive prices while ensuring optimal value and availability for buyers.

Ideal Candidate
* Self-motivated and results-oriented
* English as a second langauge
* Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Organised and able to manage time independently
* Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
* Experience in recycling, waste management, or commodity trading is a plus (but not essential)
