PpWe are committed to creating empowering, emotive, and everyday designs that allow our customers the means to express themselves authentically, in every occasion. /p pWe are looking for someone ready to make a difference in an intercultural environment made of love and passion, talents and out‑of‑the‑box thinkers. /p h3IN STORE CLIENT DEVELOPER AND DEPUTY STORE MANAGER – VENICE /h3 h3Key Qualities /h3 ul liAct as a role model, leading by example under any circumstances /li liTake actions and ownership, ensuring the appropriate client experience for all visitors while aiming to be a leader with a passion for helping others grow /li liA powerful communicator, handling your colleagues and clients with personal care and empathy /li liResponsible, courageous with ideas, resilient and authentic in your approach /li liAct first of the client and their experience, with in‑depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of luxury clients /li liMaster at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions /li liThink innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways of creating tangible value and magic for the clients /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead a team to transform each client experience into magical moments by creating a hand‑crafted experience that drives individual and team objectives /li liAchieve commercial targets through an efficient and effective organization of the team and a successful management of the product /li liContribute to improve commercial performance through the technical knowledge of the product, the numerical analysis of sales and stocks, the rotation of the product and the supervision of replenishment and visual equipment /li liCoach and provide feedback to the team as necessary to ensure all clients are given the highest standard of experience /li liDrive the omni‑channel experience in store and use digital resources to communicate whenever face‑to‑face is not possible /li liEmpower, develop, motivate and work alongside the team to drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience /li liBuild a client book by establishing relationships to drive additional traffic and create client engagement /li liSupport the Store Manager in driving the store strategy to achieve the best sales performance, by understanding client desires and creating a hand‑crafted 360° experience for the client /li liActively contribute to the development and implementation of business action plans to enhance sales for each product category and client tier segment /li liDemonstrate best‑in‑class sales and self‑leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor to provide excellent and specialized customer service and develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiatives /li liGuarantee the efficiency and effectiveness at floor level in terms of clientelling, display, merchandise, cleanliness, grooming, etc., taking action to solve problems with positive outcomes /li liBuild and maintain relationships with fellow advisors by instilling a sense of belonging and a positive, passionate, forward‑thinking mindset /li liSupervise the state of the stockroom and its related stockpile, ensuring that they are in line with the sales potential, coordinating the team and keeping the Store Manager informed about adjustments /li liOptimize stock management and verify that goods handling is suitable for the sales process, collaborating with the reference employee /li liEnsure the care of all products and materials in the stockroom, collaborating with the store team /li liSupport the Store Manager in managing all activities related to the annual closure, category flash inventories and fiscal annual inventory /li /ul h3Key Requirements /h3 ul liPrevious at least 5 years of experience in fashion/luxury retail /li liIn‑depth product knowledge of women’s universe, either RTW, shoes and accessories /li liExperience in training the team, empowering and motivating /li liResults‑driven and customer‑focused /li liStrong communication skills (verbal, in person, via email, SMS, etc.) /li liStrong attention to detail /li liAvailable to work over weekends, public holidays and outside normal working hours /li liKnowledge of Russian will be a plus /li /ul pPrivacy policy available here: /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
