Ph3Responsibilities / Tasks /h3 pTo accelerate the growth of the Service Business Unit in the WEMEA region, we are seeking a dedicated bService Account Manager (SAM) /b with strong technical and commercial capabilities. This role is critical to unlocking market potential and driving service sales to very ambitious target, following a structured onboarding period. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to grow service revenues across the WEMEA region. /li liPromote and sell complex service offerings including bUpgrades, Retrofitting, Digital Packages, Obsolescence Solutions, and Spare Parts Kits /b. /li liCollaborate closely with bRegional Subsidiary /b teams to enhance service visibility, reputation, and credibility at customer sites. /li liIdentify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing and new customer accounts. /li liMaintain strong customer relationships through regular visits, technical consultations, and value-driven proposals. /li liProvide market feedback and insights to support service portfolio development and innovation. /li /ul h3Your Profile / Qualifications /h3 pWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with the following qualifications and competencies: /p ul libEducational Background /b: Minimum of a technical high school diploma; a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred. /li libTechnical Expertise /b: Solid technical foundation, ideally within industrial or food processing technologies. /li libSales Experience /b: Proven track record in service sales, with the ability to position and sell complex service solutions. /li libLanguage Skills /b: Proficient in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus. /li libInternational Exposure /b: Demonstrated experience working in international markets and multicultural environments. /li libInterpersonal Skills /b: Empathetic, outgoing, and customer-oriented, with strong communication and relationship-building capabilities. /li libGoal Orientation /b: Capable of working independently and achieving objectives within defined timelines. /li libCross-Functional Collaboration /b: Comfortable interacting with various departments including engineering, operations, and finance. /li libTravel Availability /b: Willing and able to travel extensively, up to approximately 120 days per year. /li /ul pReady to engineer a better world with us?
