We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Key Account Manager with proven experience in the automotive industry. In this role, you will serve as the primary strategic partner for our key clients, managing a portfolio of high-value accounts, building lasting relationships and maximizing the value of each partnership. Your ability to anticipate client needs, deliver tailored solutions and act as a seamless bridge between clients and internal teams (Product, Customer Success, Operations) will be central to driving both client satisfaction and business growth. Main Responsibilities Client Relationship Management : Build, develop, and maintain strong, long‐term relationships with strategic clients in the automotive sector by leveraging active networking, regular check‐ins, business reviews and onsite or virtual meetings. Cross‐selling & upselling : Expand and develop the client portfolio by identifying cross‐sell and upsell opportunities, driving additional revenue while ensuring high client satisfaction and long‐term value creation. Contract Negotiation : Lead negotiations for new contracts and renewals, securing favorable terms for both the company and clients. Process Improvement : Contribute to internal process enhancements, including standardized contracts, actionable use cases and streamlined workflows. Market & Product Knowledge : Stay informed of industry trends, competitors and market conditions to provide clients with competitive solutions and ensure rapid issue resolution and project feasibility assessment. Performance Monitoring & Account Planning : Track account performance, develop account plans, and provide regular reports on sales targets, client feedback and market insights. Cross‐Departmental Collaboration : Work closely with Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth execution of services and rapid response to client needs.
