Data and technology are at the heart of our culture, fueling our curiosity and innovation. /p h3In this Role you’ll get to /h3 pBe heavily involved in growing our Flights business. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liData analysis: Analyze large data sets generated in experiments, build dashboards, and make actionable recommendations. /li liPricing: Experiment with different pricing frameworks across channels to grow the business. /li liPerformance marketing: Scale our performance marketing channels (e.g., metasearch, ads). /li liStrategy: Work with cross-functional stakeholders to determine an investment plan for markets and channels. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree or higher from a top university in a quantitative subject (computer science, mathematics, engineering, statistics, or science). /li liAbility to communicate fluently and succinctly in English. /li liGood numerical reasoning skills. /li liStrong problem-solving skills. /li liProficiency in Excel and SQL. /li liIntellectual curiosity. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExposure to data analysis packages or databases (e.g., SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL, Tableau). /li liExperience in digital marketing. /li liExperience in travel sector (specifically flights). /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Employer /h3 pAgoda is an equal opportunity employer.
