Overview

About The Role Our Account Management team oversees our restaurant business brand relationships. As Deliveroo continues to grow, we become a major revenue channel for restaurants. We provide the best support and act as restaurant consultants who use data-driven insight and industry knowledge to lead our partner restaurants' growth. The AM focuses on the relationship with the network on the Italian market, working with internal departments (marketing, operations, product) to offer the best consultancy service to our top brands. The Account Manager team is a passionate, dynamic group of team players who work well together and are focused on building relationships. This role is based in Bologna and reports to the Regional Manager of the region.


Responsibilities

* Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands with a focus on building lasting relationships with the network
* Monitor and analyse performance, share insights with partners, and identify opportunities to improve metrics and partner satisfaction
* Negotiate contract terms and conditions according to company goals and partner mix to increase supply quality and improve financial performance and CVP (customer value proposition)
* Plan portfolio strategy to increase performance, financials and loyalty, positively impacting absolute metrics and relative measures such as market share
* Control perimeter P&L, identifying opportunities and risks


Requirements

* At least 3 years of experience in account management or sales
* P&L knowledge and negotiation skills
* Experience creating long-term relationships
* Demonstrated experience using tools and related project management applications to guide best practice
* Experience in Horeca/restaurants/food market would be a plus
* Fluency in English would be a plus
