This is an on-site role for an Executive Chef, based in Como. The Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations, including menu creation, sourcing quality ingredients, and food preparation. Responsibilities include setting up kitchens across our group, training team members, and creating our food philosophy. Collaboration with the management team to maintain budgets, plan events, and align the culinary experience with Greyheath’s standard of excellence is essential.

* Exceptional creativity and passion for delivering unique and high-quality gastronomic experiences
* Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing guest preferences
* Fluency in English and Italian is required
