The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage service independently while maintaining the highest luxury hospitality standards. /ppResponsibilities /ppThe Chef de Rang will be responsible for the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments: /pulliIndependently manage strongBreakfast and In-Room Dining (Room Service) /strong operations, ensuring excellent, timely, and personalized service to guests /liliWelcome, assist, and serve guests in a courteous, professional, and warm manner /liliPresent menus, provide detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages, and offer recommendations when appropriate /liliTake accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to kitchen and bar staff /liliServe food and beverages elegantly, ensuring all presentation and quality standards are met /liliSet up, maintain, and clear service areas and tables, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times /liliCollaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction /liliHandle guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally /liliMaintain thorough knowledge of the hotel’s outlets, services, promotions, and special events /liliEnsure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and health regulations /li /ulpSkills Qualifications /ppTo successfully fill this role, you should demonstrate the following skills, experience, and values: /pulliProven experience as a Chef de Rang in a hotel of the same category, preferably within strongLuxury Marriott properties /strong /liliExcellent command of strongItalian and English /strong; additional languages are considered a plus /liliHigh school diploma or GED; previous experience in the Food Beverage sector or a related professional area /liliStrong organizational skills, calm under pressure, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities /liliProficiency in strongMicrosoft Office /strong programs preferred /lilistrongProficiency in Selz PMS systems required /strong /li /ul
