Job Responsibilities
- Identifying, developing, and growing new commercial opportunities, as well as consolidating relationships with existing clients, leveraging strong technical competence in the welding sector coupled with high commercial and relational skills.
- Developing new business opportunities in the welding and industrial manufacturing market.
- Defining and executing commercial growth plans aligned with corporate objectives.
- Managing and expanding the client portfolio through acquisition, cross‑selling, and up‑selling activities.
- Building long‑term relationships with key client stakeholders (purchasing, engineering, production).
- Providing technical‑commercial support on welding processes, equipment, consumables, and automation solutions.
- Collaborating with technical teams to define personalized, value‑added solutions.
- Monitoring the market, competitors, and new technologies, identifying new opportunities and development sectors.
- Managing pipeline, forecast, and reporting activities through CRM tools.
- Working closely with Operations, Production, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
Job Requirements
- Technical degree, preferably in engineering, metallurgy, or related field.
- Technical or technical‑commercial background.
- Solid knowledge of the main welding processes (MIG/MAG, TIG, MMA, FCAW, SAW).
- Experience with CRM and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to analyze client production processes and propose technical and economic solutions.
- Good knowledge of English (preferred).
- Willingness to frequent travel within the national territory.
- Strong results orientation and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent problem‑solving and consultative selling skills.
